Refunds:

We will make every effort to handle refund requests promptly. Refunds will be credited back to the debit or credit card used for the original purchase.


Right To Cancel:

You have the option to cancel your order within seven days of receiving the goods. We will process refunds to your debit or credit card once the returned items reach us through return postage. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. To initiate a return, kindly contact us at Support@Masterko.id, providing your order number. The items should then be sent back using a mutually agreed upon delivery method.



Items Not Required:

While we strive to provide comprehensive product information to aid your purchase decisions, if you wish to return any product, you have up to 7 days from the day after receiving your delivery to do so. Please note that return postage costs are not covered by us. For the return of items, please use Recorded Delivery or an equivalent service. You can obtain a proof of posting at any post office, free of charge.



Incorrectly Supplied Items:

In the event of receiving incorrectly supplied goods, we will promptly offer replacements, refunds, or alternative items of equal value. Contact us within 7 days, referencing your order number, and we will coordinate the return of incorrect goods and the delivery of the correct ones.



Defective or Damaged Goods:

Prior to signing for delivery, please inspect all goods. If you notice any visible damage, please make a note of it and sign for the delivery as "damaged." If an inspection is not feasible at the time of delivery, please sign for the goods as "unexamined," enabling us to file claims with our delivery partners.



For damaged or defective items, please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, mentioning your order number for efficient processing. We will arrange for the collection and examination of the goods. If, upon inspection, the alleged defects are confirmed, we will either replace the items or refund their full value. The Office Coffee Company will cover the redelivery postage costs for defective or damaged goods.



We recommend using a special/recorded delivery service or its equivalent when returning goods. You can obtain a proof of posting certificate free of charge at any post office. If you prefer not to handle the postage yourself, we can arrange a courier pickup through the Office Coffee Company, subject to an additional fee. Please note that The Office Coffee Company is not liable for uninsured items lost in transit, so it's advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate, which is available at any post office free of charge.
