  Terms and Conditions for Masterko Electrical Products Warranty

1.       This warranty is valid only in Indonesia.

2.      A 1 (one) year warranty period starts from the date of purchase, covering repairs excluding spare part replacements, unless otherwise specified in the product information and/or description on the Masterko website (www.masterko.id).

3.      Customers must provide official proof of purchase from Masterko, which includes the model and serial number corresponding to the product's model and serial number when submitting a warranty claim. If the customer cannot provide official proof of purchase, service charges will apply in accordance with applicable standards.

4.      The model and serial number on the product must not be damaged or altered in any way. If the model and serial number of the product have changed, service charges will apply in accordance with applicable standards.

5.      Warranty does not apply if the product has been repaired outside of Masterko's service or if its assembly has been altered to deviate from its original specifications.

6.      Warranty does not cover the following:

a.      Damage caused by uncontrollable factors (force majeure) such as fire, voltage fluctuations (excessively low/high voltage and frequency), natural factors (such as earthquakes, lightning, floods, salty air, rust, and so on), exposure to liquids, riots, or disturbances.

b.      Damage resulting from misuse, drops, scratches, stains, breakage, and damage caused by insects/animals (e.g., rats, lizards, termites, and so on).

c.      Training, demonstration, usage, product installation, and periodic inspections.

d.      Damage to remotes, cosmetics, cabinets, and power cables.

7.      Items that do not meet the warranty criteria above will incur service and spare part charges at the time of service, in accordance with the above-mentioned terms.

8.      All expenses incurred, including transportation costs, will be the responsibility of the customer, as determined by Masterko's rates.

9.      Machines that have been serviced and not collected within a period of 2 (two) months will become the property of Masterko.

10.    Defective spare parts that have been replaced will become the property of Masterko in full.

11.     Warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
